I Rest My Body, Mind and Spirit


Adequate rest and sleep is a fundamental human need. Rest rejuvenates us and restores our strength. Without enough rest we may suffer and find that we are not showing up as fully in our lives as we would like.

You know if you are getting enough rest. If not, is it possible to go to bed a little earlier, take a longer break, or allow yourself to nap? Do something today that promotes rest.
