I Extend Love To My Family
The love between our parents is what brings us into being. The love from our family nurtures and supports us as we grow, discover our truth, and find our place in the world. Some of us have close relationships with the members of our family, while others choose to maintain more distance. Regardless of our personal family dynamics, those that share our blood and know our history hold a unique place in our hearts. When we extend love to our family we honour our ancestry and give thanks to all those who journeyed before us.
Make an effort to contact one member of your family who you don't often see or speak with. Find a way to love that person.
