I Love My Body As It Is

Last month we looked at the importance of honouring the body as our temple. When we love our body it will respond with optimum health and increased energy. Often there are parts of our bodies that we judge as being imperfect. Who is selling these standards? Does it serve us to judge our bodies based on societies' distorted idea of beauty and physical perfection? Our body carries us through this lifetime and deserves our love.
Do you love your body just as it is? Notice any judgements you have. If there is a part of your body you judge as imperfect, practice loving that part of you today.
