I Am Safe And Secure
When we believe that we are separate and in charge, we are often desperately afraid that we will find ourselves without security and support. This may lead us to seek out and stay in relationships or jobs that do not honour us or reflect our highest potential. So much compromise and suffering just to feel safe and avoid our aloneness. Eventually we may realize that there is no safety or security found out there, in jobs, relationships or wordly things. Everything material is in constant flux and can be gone in an instant. If and when we recognize this, then we can begin to look within, to where we are eternally held, at one with the Universe. Then our aloneness becomes a gift, when we discover that we are part of something so incredible and that we can never be separated from this Source.
Take a moment to consider where your safety and security come from. Do you rely on externals: relationships, material things, addictive behaviours? Can you see that you are always safe and secure and eternally held, at one with the Universe, and that your Source of love and well being is within you, always?
