I Choose A Sacred Place
Taking time out from the busi-ness of our lives is essential in maintaining a foundation in faith. Choosing a sacred place, one where we may go to be alone with ourselves and with our God, helps to establish ritual in our connection. For many throughout the world, a church serves as this sacred place of devotion. For others it may be a favorite spot at home, an altar, or somewhere by the ocean, or in the forest or garden. We may pray or meditate here, or simply enjoy a few quiet moments to breathe and rest.Make the journey to your sacred place today. If you don't yet have one, create it. You will likely be visualizing it already. Once you're there, spend time connecting with your God, however you choose. Visit your sacred place regularly.
