The Love Of The Universe Heals My Wounds
When we feel our pain and trust in the Universe and our God to care for us, we create a space for love to enter in and healing to occur. We may be carrying wounds within us from times when our needs were not properly met. Many of us harbour childhood hurts or unhealed trauma from past relationships or life experiences. The love of the Universe acts like a healing salve when we apply it to these injured areas within us. Occasionally, triggers will happen to remind us of our woundedness. It is in these moments that we can turn to our God and ask for help, trusting that we are safely held and that our request for healing will be gently answered.The next time you notice yourself being triggered by someone or something and feeling wounded, practice asking your God and the Universe for healing help. Trust that the help will come, if you allow it.
