My Heart Is The Source
The heart is where the true Self resides. The mind is an amazing tool, yet it is not who we are. The heart has infinite wisdom and knows what we need at all times; it is up to us to whether or not we choose to listen. When we connect with the heart we come home to our Truth.
Set aside some time to talk to your heart today. Perhaps first thing in the morning, or before sleep at night. Use words or simply feel its loving pulse. Experience the peace and calm that come from connecting to your Source.
