I Accept Myself As I Am

Self acceptance is a gift we can give to our being. When we accept ourselves as we are, with all our unique dynamics, patterns and physical attributes, then we invite opportunities for growth and healing.
Why try to be someone other than who you are? You are perfectly, beautifully YOU, and there is no one else on this planet exactly like you.
Today, practice accepting a part or aspect of yourself that you dislike. Send this part of you love! Become willing to see this part of yourself differently and notice what occurs.
