I Let Go Of My Need To Plan

We make plans in order to keep ourselves safe. We delude ourselves into believing that if we plan our days perfectly then we will achieve the security we desire in our often disappointing and disordered world. Plans may be broken. Perhaps others don't play their parts the way we had envisioned or circumstances change unexpectedly. Such is life. If we can release our need to plan, we notice that a greater plan emerges, one that will serve us much more deeply than our own, in ways that we cannot even imagine.

Make and effort to let go of all plans today. From the time you wake up, let the day unfold on its own and try to simply move from moment to moment. Jump into the river and let the its current take you. Experience the excitement of not knowing! Notice what happens for you.

P.S. There were technical difficulties yesterday, (which did not fit in with MY plan) and I have included yesterday's post below.
