I Trust The Wisdom Of My Body

When we pay attention to our inner guidance and intuition we become more in tune with the wisdom of our bodies and the signals they give us. The body lets us know what it requires at all times; food, water, sleep, comfort. Some talk of gut instincts or heart palpitations in response to other people or situations. Again, pay attention! The body knows what it needs and will provide us with valuable information if we take time to check in and listen to its guidance and requests.
Practice checking in with your body. Pause and notice what signals it is giving you. Where in your body do you get the strongest signals?
