My Trials Are Opportunities
Life is filled with the unexpected. Circumstances change, relationships take on a new form, loved ones pass away. Instead of experiencing the inevitable suffering that comes from wanting something different than what is, we can see these trials as opportunities for our growth and evolution. Grieve, yes, mourn, of course, but move on and keep living! As doors close behind us new ones will open, and when they do we will know that we are ready to walk through them.
Practice viewing your trials as opportunities. See the many gifts in the experiences you've had and know that all you have learned has prepared you for this moment.
