I Face A Truth I've Been Denying

Our deepest truth is within us. Our true self is the knowing and holds the answers to each of our most difficult questions. It's the ego mind that goes around and around, talking and analyzing and not really listening. Perhaps if we truly listened we would have to face something we fear. Perhaps we would upset another or be required to make changes that seem impossible from where we stand now. And so we keep talking and denying. We look outside ourselves for others who will justify our position or help us look for answers that we don't actually wish to find. The answers are within. They will whisper to us until we summon the courage to listen. And if we choose not to listen, the whispers will get louder, and louder...

Is there a truth within you that you're denying? Something you know you must deal with, yet the implications of doing so seem too frightening? Allow yourself to consider facing this truth, knowing that you are being guided and your true self does not lie. It's impossible for us to see the bigger picture. There's a reason why you feel as you do, and chances are, these feelings are not going to go away.
