I Am Open To Change
Resisting change in our world is futile. Everything on our planet is constantly shifting and growing, and to fight this natural cycle is to fight evolution itself. Keeping things the same in our lives gives us the illusion that we are in control. It takes courage to admit that we are aging and that one day we will die. It takes courage to remain open to the changes and surprises that are happening in our lives every second of every day. Yet once we are open to the reality of change, each moment becomes a unique and beautiful treasure to be lived, then let go of... to welcome the next, and the next...
Change one thing in your life today. It can be something as simple as changing how you brush your teeth, or a bigger change that you've been wanting to make. Be courageous!
