I Open My Heart To Others Without Fear

In some of our relationships there may be a tendency to fill the space in which we relate with unnecessary words. So much talking without really saying anything heartfelt, all the while keeping the other at a distance. The relating then feels empty, devoid of substance, of truth, of emotion. What is it that we fear? When we can close our mouths and instead open our hearts, words are unnecessary, for a transmission happens, an outpouring of love in the silent language of the heart, which knows no fear and gives freely and infinitely.
Practice opening your heart to someone today and sending love. Words are not necessary! Feel your heart expand as you silently offer the other this gift.
