I Have A Genuine Interaction
Our world is filled with people, each of us existing in our limited separateness, often oblivious to the infinite possibilities available to us in every moment. Just watch in a city. People in cars, people crossing the street, people talking on phones, all hurrying places with little care or concern for anyone except themselves. Looking straight ahead, focused on a destination with no time for distraction. Then, one day, perhaps quite suddenly, the earth journey ends. What happened?Everyone wants connection. It feels good to interact with others, however briefly. Is it that difficult to slow down and pay attention to the person standing next to us? They may have a beautiful gift to share.
Have a genuine interaction with someone today. Just make an effort to connect without being superficial. It makes no difference how the other responds; you may be pleasantly surprised!
