My Body Is A Beautiful Instrument
What is an instrument before it's played? A collection of parts, formed and assembled perfectly for the means of creating music. What is it that brings this instrument to life and makes it quiver and sing with joy? On its own it does nothing. And so it is with the body; a beautiful instrument, fashioned by God to channel love. The instrument makes its own unique music while staying in tune with the rest of the symphony, and is laid aside after the final note of the concerto.
What kind of music wants to come through you? Take some time to play with your voice and see what happens. You may wish to sing or chant or tone or yell. This is an excellent way to get in touch with your inner processes and move any blocked energy. Be daring! Experiment!
